In Robert's words, Julie is "one tough cookie."
She has great sales and is in a ton of grocery stores through sheer grit and determination. Her company is doing great, but she needs an investment from the Sharks to increase her production.
I wish she had been able to get a deal out of the Sharks but unfortunately it was not meant to be for Julie.
Kevin actually goes pretty easy on her, but insists that A) her company isn't worth a million dollars, and B) he's taking on too much risk as an investor since the company relies on her and her alone to run, sell, and distribute the product.
I firmly believe that has Julie come in with a different product, though, the Sharks would have given her a deal. For some reason, they just could not get behind the Slawsa concept.
