When you don't answer the Shark's direct questions, the Sharks get angry. And you don't want to make the Sharks angry.
The Sharks clearly thought these two were pretty cocky and needed to be taken down a peg or two. Which they promptly did. Low sales, no product orders, lots of attitude. Yikes. A dangerous combination in the Tank.
Plus it turns out that they have another investor who put up $50,000 for 40%, so asking the Sharks for $100,000 in exchange for 20% is an INSULT.
Robert's advice was memorable: "Go out, get dirty, get sales."
Daymond's advice, too: "Life is a cruel teacher. She loves to give you the test first and the lesson later."
