First of all, beautiful product. I'm a big fan of design, as I've said before. Plus, as a fan of board games and puzzles, I know how frustrating it can be to have your whole eating area dominated by a 5000 piece puzzle or an epic battle of Risk.
With this segment, we return to the high-end boutique product problem: do you continue to grow within your niche, or do you aim high and try to dominate the market by going mass-market. The Sharks generally agreed that this is a better niche product than a mass-market product.
We also got to hear one of Kevin's famous animal-kingdom analogy monologues... this time some nonsense about a white anomalous fruit fly from his high school science class.
I was glad to see Robert come back in and make an offer after Daymond made his offer seemingly without any passion for the product. Robert is clearly a geek in a way that none of the other Sharks are. I was glad to see Robert Gifford leave the Tank with a deal for his Geek Chic gaming table.
