Oh this is just a heart-breaking segment. Kevin keeps hammering these two until Susie can barely take a breath. And they, like all entrepreneurs, continue to believe with all their hearts that their product can make money if they could just get an investor behind it.
The crux of the issue here is one we hear a lot in the Tank. An entrepreneur wants to make their product in the US, but it means the margins are too small for the Sharks to be interested in investing.
I think this is a fantastic product, though, and I hope Susie and Steve make it!
