1. Natural, safe cleaning products.
2. These cleaning products work better than a lot of chemical-based cleaning products, and they're safe to have around babies and kids.Buy Better Life at Amazon.com →
This was a great pitch that used a lot of effective visual aids to drive home the benefits of using "Better Life" cleaning products.
Their valuation was pretty fair, but Daymond is a little offended that Tim and Kevin think any of the Sharks would get out of bed for a mere 7% of anything. Notwithstanding that, this segment turns into (ready for it?)
A SHARK TANK FEEEEEEEDING FREEEEEEEENNNNNNZZZYYYYYYY!
The Sharks all offer them more than their asking price of $200k, but they all (naturally) want more than 7% of the business. Kevin and Tim want to hold onto more of their company than that, even though they are explicitly asking for a strategic as well as financial partnership with the Sharks. Greedy entrepreneurs. Tsk tsk tsk.
Rather than getting huffy, though, the Sharks all keep their cool and continue to re-negotiate. They clearly all want part of this business.
Lori makes the final pitch, warning Kevin and Tim not to walk out of the Tank saying "Uh oh - what did I just do?" It's an effective warning, and the Better Life entrepreneurs walk out with what's sure to be a multi-million-dollar partnership with Lori.
